Three outstanding works of Werner Herzog with Klaus Kinski now with Europe's Finest
In 2009 the Time magazine voted him as one of the 100 most influential people of the world: The film director Werner Herzog. Europe's Finest is now presenting three of his most important works in 2k DCI quality: AGUIRRE -- WRATH OF GOD; NOSFERATU, THE VAMPYRE, and FITZCARRALDO are now available for digital cinemas across Europe.
A life’s career in images- Ingmar Bergman’s early works return to the silver screen.
The Swedish director Ingmar Bergman experienced fame and notoriety throughout his whole life and was presented with many awards in Cannes, at the Berlinale and at the Academy Awards. His breakthrough came in 1955 with the film Smiles of a Summer Night, for which he was awarded the Jury Prize in Cannes. In 1970 he was awarded with an Oscar for his life’s work and in 1997 Cannes awarded him for his life’s achievement. Next year, the 61st Berlinale will honour Bergman with an extensive retrospective of his work.

On the road in Finland: Europe’s Finest screens European classics
In co-operation with Finnkino, Europe’s Finest will run a European film classics cinema tour through twelve digitally equipped cinemas from Sodankylä to Helsinki between October and December of this year with more than 100 screenings in total.
